Jim practices in Family Law, Wills and Estates and Commercial Law providing clients with a comprehensive legal, pragmatic and personalised service which prioritises commercial reality in all areas of Family Law including divorce, child and property matters, together with defacto/domestic partnerships.

Outside of JC Legal Group Jim closely follows his beloved Geelong Cats in the AFL, has a keen interest in horse racing, enjoys travel and spending time with friends and family.

Originally from the country, Lewis is extremely down to earth, personable and has a way of putting you at ease amidst complex and difficult situations.

Lewis enjoys playing footy where he plays locally for Brunswick in the VAFA and is a proud and avid supporter of the Mighty Flagpies (aka Collingwood) in the AFL.

Mark has a focus on utilising his excellent negotiation and mediation skills to achieve the best possible outcome for clients, and whenever possible, avoiding the expensive and time-consuming nature of court proceedings and litigation.

When proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia are required, Mark has a respected standing in the profession for representing clients with strong advocacy and providing clear understanding of the litigation process involved.

When not working and raising a young family, Mark’s interests include sport, music, travel and the great outdoors, including mountain biking and trail running.

Caron is a "later in life" lawyer and was admitted to Legal Practice in September 2016. She has worked in family law for many years and has significant experience with litigation and family issues.  

Prior to commencing her legal career, Caron ran her own business.  She has a background in physical/outdoor education enjoying training and accompanying groups on overseas adventures including Kokoda and Mt Kilimanjaro.  

She has four adult children and a supportive husband.
